I have to first apologize at how random this post is. There were a few factors working against us. First of all, on our last day in Austin, we wanted to get one last barbeque fix in. My brother-in-law suggested Black's, which is supposed to be the OG of Texas BBQ. I wanted to shoot this outfit once we got there, since it was in the cutest little location, but it started to rain. Then, my poor 1 year-old niece got sick while we were there so our lunch was a little rushed and we had to go straight to the airport. However, I loved my outfit that day, and the food was great, so I wanted to still share what I had. This kimono from Pretty Pony Boutique is a tad more boho than I tend to go, but it was perfect for this trip. It was cute and comfy for lunch and worked perfectly as my travel outfit, as well. Now for the food. We got brisket, turkey, mac n cheese, corn, jalapeno sausage, and some desserts. The standouts for me were the Turkey and the Mac, so if you find yourself looking for a BBQ place that doesn't have a 4 hour wait (cough, Franklin's), then I would recommend Black's!
