Fall/Winter Looks

Back in Blush

Happy 2016! How crazy is that?! I hope everyone had a great weekend. I thought it would be appropriate to start off this year in one of my favorite shades. I’ve talked about how much I love blush year round and have worn it a few different ways here + here. Today, I wanted to share a more dressy, wintery take on it. While the ripped jeans are more casual, the statement shoe and necklace elevate the cozy turtleneck. I think blush looks good on any skin tone and can be worn in so many fun ways. In fact, Pantone named “Rose Quartz” one of the colors of 2016! Do you love this shade?

Sweater: Piperlime (similar here + here + here) // Jeans: Nordstrom // Shoes: Valentino (under $40 dupe here) // Clutch:  Clare V. // Necklace: Stella & Dot // Rings: hereherehere // Watch: Michael Kors // Sunnies: Nordstrom (only $12)

I LOVE the tint, but it washes me out. I am always drawn to the color, but shy away from it because of my pale skin. It looks wonderful against your skin tone though!!

I've been loving blush lately too! This looks so pretty on you, especially with the white jeans. Isn't it funny how there are always so many names for one color?

I love this blush color as it looks fantastic, and I'm a big fan of this color. I may be able to rock it with my itty bit of a tan from Cancun 😉 I'm still a big fan of your shoes (I'm pretty sure you've worn them with other outfits) but they really bring the outfit together and dress it up quite a bit! adaatude.com
