If you’ve been following me for a while, it is not surprise that I LOVE leggings. I have some friends who despise the idea of leggings as pants, but as a busy working mom, leggings are life for me. So, as you guys had requested seeing me style one piece multiple ways, I thought I’d over-deliver here and give you multiple outfit ideas for different types of leggings. Whether they’re more athleisure leggings or more “fancy” leggings, I’m going to give you lots of options of how to dress these up and down. So, here are 20+ outfit ideas to make your legging drawer work smarter for you.
I love dressing my Spanx Faux Leather leggings up a bit. A chic topper and statement shoes help to elevate the look. These leggings are worth every penny [as you can see how many times I’ve worn them] and I love how flattering they are. See all my posts on them here.
I love these camo leggings for more athleisure/casual looks. These are my go-to for running around town or lounging around the house. I throw on some layers on top [either a cozy sweatshirt or vest] and I’m good to go. These, like the leather version, are super flattering and comfortable.
These are a standout pair for me that I wear WAY more than I thought I would. While I dress up the SPANX faux leather version more, these are perfect for casual, athleisure looks. These are super comfortable also but the high shine factor makes them interesting. I especially love these paired with a denim jacket. See my blog post on these here.
These leggings are a pair I always turn to. I wear these to workout more than the previous pairs I’ve mentioned, but they’re great for days that I need to run around after the gym and don’t want to change. These are a cheaper dupe for this version and I really love them. I also have them in an orange color and I definitely reach for these a lot, both for the gym and out.
This is another pair that are more for cozy, athleisure looks. I could wear these to the gym, but I don’t really that much. This is another pair that I grab for and thrown on a sweatshirt or jacket and am out the door. I think these are cool and edgy and a bit different than your typical legging.
I have probably 10 different pairs of printed leggings that I reach for when I’m feeling fun and wanting something fresh. I have a mixture of these that are for the gym or for athleisure and I love having that option. For example, in the image above, I don’t work out in the palm print, but I would wear the marble and dalmatian print to the gym.
