Now that I’m embarking on my second round of Faster Way to Fat Loss, I thought I’d share some of the things that make my life a whole lot easier on the program! You can read about my first experience here but the program has come SUCH a long way since then! Now that they have their own dedicated portal, you have LIVE videos of the workouts EVERY day no matter where you want to do it; there’s options for in your own home [which I opt for 2x a week] or at the gym [which I do 3x a week]. Below I’m going to round up a lot of the things that get me through each day of the round and have me feeling my best!
EQUIPMENT/ACCESSORIES – The thing I love about having the live portal is I can complete all the workouts in my home with only a few pieces of equipment. I have a weight set, a kettlebell, some resistance bands, and a yoga mat, and I’m basically good to go! I also can’t live without my airpods, apple watch, and a good water bottle. I have to mention my blender and straws, too, which I use to death for smoothies and protein shakes. My Sodastream has been a godsend to get more water in, as well.
SNACKS/FOOD/SUPPLEMENTS – You can see a sample low-carb day here but I’m also going to link a bunch of things I have on hand to make sure I meet my macros. The best thing about FWTFL is you can eat REAL food that you actually enjoy! I can also employ all my money-saving hacks for grocery shopping/meal planning while on the Faster Way. Don’t forget teas are a great way to stay hydrated and satisfied until you can break your fast!
So, there you have it. While this isn’t a truly exhaustive list of everything I use while doing the FWTFL, it should give you a good idea of what can help set you up for success. A lot of this you probably already have some variation of! I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions!
