August Empties

Here we are. Another month come and gone. Another month [mostly] stuck in the house. That said, I went through a LOT of home fragrance this month, and a few skin/body care favorites, so let’s dive in.

Maison Louis Marie No. 4 Candle – I got this candle off a recommendation from Grace and it did not disappoint. Smells like Le Labo at a fraction of the price. I will definitely repurchase this again in the future [I’ve been limiting my candle burning, but when I do, this is a go-to].

Antica Farmacista Santorini Reed Diffuser – I absolutely love this brand for reed diffusers and this scent was gorgeous. It was perfect for our living room. This is definitely up there as a favorite along with prosecco. The notes are described as a medley of crisp citrus and green notes artfully paired with exotic spice and natural wood essences. Top notes of vibrant Italian bergamot, sweet verbena and fresh vetyver are enhanced by the subtle sweetness of rosewood, warm sandalwood and aromatic cardamom.

Carol’s Daughter Almond Cookie Body Wash – I have raved about the CD almond cookie hand cream before, so I wanted to test out the body wash. And boy did it deliver! This smelled incredible and left my skin so smooth. This is honestly a great, cheaper alternative to L’Occitane. I will certainly repurchase this in the future once I’ve gone through the body washes I have on hand. A sure winner.

Repeat empties: Tinkle Razor // Lavender Essential Oil // Kiehls Powerful Line Reducing Vitamin C Serum // Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Eye Cream // L’Oreal Magic BB Cream // Skinceuticals Micro-Exfoliating Scrub

I love a month where everything is a win and this was certainly one of them. I hope you found something new to try as I genuinely would recommend every single product I used up this month. Cheers to September!
