This post is one that is long overdue. Over Memorial Day, we started construction on finishing our basement. We put in a bar, a theatre room, a bathroom, and gaming area. So we really did the whole thing from the ground up. Mike and I had so much fun designing all the spaces and construction finished shortly after the 4th of July. Well, that was opportune timing considering my water broke shortly after that. So, I never got to share the finished product! Because of my bed rest and our time in the NICU, we’re still finishing up the theatre room and gaming space, but the bar is finished so I thought I’d share! I love how it came together and it’s the perfect place to entertain guests. We picked out every last detail together so it’s really special for Mike and I. I hope you love it as much as we do!
