Hi everyone! Today I’m back with December’s installment of my empties. There are a few baby items this month, as well as a few holy-grail items. This was a pretty satisfying month of empties! I actually liked every single product! Read on to see why!
COSMETICS
L’Oreal Infallible Setting Spray – I’ve tried A LOT of setting sprays and this one still reigns supreme for me. Because I love a good glowy look, this is the perfect finishing spray for me to tone it down to a natural look. The mister is the best I’ve experienced and I love the spray and feel. It doesn’t feel sticky and there aren’t droplets on your face after spritzing. It’s so, so good.
Maybelline Baby Lips Dr. Rescue – This is my favorite tube chapstick! The color is super subtle and my lips feel so good after using this.
Urban Decay Naked Concealer – This concealer was included in my favorites and that is still true. I’m trying to use up other concealers I have and I’m actually missing this one! I will definitely be repurchasing it soon. I think I would go as far to say this is my all-time favorite concealer.
SKIN/BODY
Kiehl’s Grapefruit Bath and Shower Cleanser – I love Kiehl’s skincare and body care is no exception. This smells so delicious and it feels like a luxury experience.
GlamGlow Thirstymud Mask – I absolutely love this mask. I actually got it in a set during the NSale and I love it so much. I included this in my favorite masks post and I will for sure be repurchasing this. I love everything from this brand, actually. Check them out if you want a new mask to try!
BABY
Mommy’s Bliss Gripe Water – My poor little buddy has some tummy issues [i.e.- MAJOR gas] and this helps almost instantly. We’ll give him this before bed and it’s not long before he nods off. He loves the taste and it’s almost like he knows he’ll feel better once he has it. If your kid has gas issues at bedtime, I HIGHLY recommend this product.
Boogie Wipes – Before I became a mom, this is the type of product I’d scoff at. It just seems [and sounds] so ridiculous! However, if your child hates having his nose wiped like mine, then these are a godsend. These are the only way I can successfully wipe Dillon’s nose so I always stock up on them.
Johnson’s Baby Wash – This is my favorite body wash for Dillon. We’ve been using this since he was a newborn and the price and experience can’t be beat. Plus, it’s all-natural, so I feel good using it on him.
MISC
Essential Oils [Lavender + Eucalyptus] – Another L + E combo bites the dust. These are probably our two most used oils and I’ve gone through 3 or 4 of each by now. We always put these into Dillon’s diffuser at night and I love using this combo in our room, too!
