It’s been 7 days since we brought Dillon home and we are just in heaven having our baby home with us. When I ruptured at 23 weeks and had him at 30 weeks + 3 days, we were flooded with all the scary possibilities that his future would hold. But he sure showed us otherwise. After 32 days in the NICU, we were out the door! Now that we’re transitioning to life at home with a 5 week old, I thought I’d share the products that we’ve been loving now that our NICU journey is over. These are the items we are definitely using on a daily basis. Some of these are featured in his nursery tour and my NICU mama must-haves, but I wanted to share exactly why we’ve been loving them most recently. I think this would be helpful for all first-time mamas on what really is and isn’t necessary when it comes to newborn essentials and what you use the most. I know all babies are different but with Dillon being a preemie, these are the items that have made the transition so easy.
