July Empties

Hello! I’m back with this month’s empties, and as usual, I cannot believe July has come and gone. This was one of, if not THE, craziest months of the year this far. Between work, travel, visitors, and general other commitments, each day went by faster than the last. This empties is actually pretty light compared to past months, but there were some favorites that popped up. Read on to see what I’ve finished up this month.

SKINCARE

Garnier Clean Towelettes – Of course I went through another thing of towelettes. These were pretty good. There wasn’t that much essence but they did the job fine. I’ll go back to my pink ones next.

Kiehl’s Cactus Flower Hydrating Mist – I LOVED this spray! I am a big spray junkie and this one was super refreshing. I used this every morning upon waking up and I felt my skin just drink it up. I will definitely be repurchasing this. If you like setting sprays and mists, definitely check this one out.

L’Oreal Revitalift Cicacream – This is my second bottle of this and I am HOOKED. It is not my go-to moisturizer for days that I’m doing my makeup. It provides the perfect canvas and I know my skin totally loves it. My pores seem smaller and everything just seems firmer. For under $15, you cannot beat this moisturizer.

L’Oreal Pure Sugar Scrub – I used this every other day in the shower in lieu of regular face wash and I absolutely love this. It smells divine and my skin feels so amazing after I used this. I will definitely continue using this as refining scrub for my skin.

Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Serum – You already know with this one. I think this is probably my tenth bottle of this. If I could only choose one skincare item forever, it would be this.

Garnier Anti-Fatigue Mask – I adore these masks. They’re probably my favorite sheet mask of the moment. They’re really affordable and the essence in this is so nice and refreshing. I always keep 4 or 5 of these on hand and I try to use at least one a week. I highly recommend checking these out.

Jo Malone Peony & Blush Suede Perfume – This scent is divine. Jo Malone perfumes are really pricey so I was happy to get this sample [I think in a Play Box]. I took this with me traveling and I love it so much. I am currently sitting on a few full-size perfumes, but I may consider splurging on one of these in the fall. This is the perfect year-round scent that’s a little floral but also a little sexy.

COSMETICS

Smashbox Photo Finish Primer – I love this primer so, so much. Sometimes I even wear just this without wearing makeup to just even out my skin tone. Whenever I wear this, my makeup goes on and stays on so well. I had purchased this travel size to test it out and I will probably repurchase the full size once I work through the primers i Have. Smashbox really kills it with primers.

Bobbi Brown Extra Illuminating Moisture Balm – I got this sample and was eager to try it out. I really, really enjoyed this. Obviously Bobbi Brown is expensive, so this let me get a good feel of how this performed. It gives a super bright glow to the skin and is perfect under more mattifying face products. I recommend this if it fits in your budget and you love a good glowy base.

BABY

Johnson’s Bedtime Baby Wash – I got this for Dillon’s bathtime and I love how it smells. However, it makes a TON of bubbles and Dillon would try to eat them! Ha! So a little goes a long way but this is really affordable and does have a nice calming scent.

Mommy’s Bliss Night Time Gripe Water – Again, this is a product we’ve gone through bottles and bottles of. Dillon is super gassy in general and we typically give him some of this before bed to settle his tummy overnight.

Balmex Diaper Rash Cream – We went through another tube of butt paste and this was one was fine. We prefer thicker ones for Dillon as they seem to do a better job and this one was good. We alternate between this one and the purple Desitin. Not much to say here other than it did the job!

There you have it. Lots of skincare, per usual! Have you tried any of these products?! Sound off in the comments!
