I think this last year is the least amount of shopping I’ve done in the last 10 years. In fact, I think I purged more than I bought [there’s still some goodies left in my Poshmark closet!]. However, with the seasons changing, and after the hellacious last 2 weeks we had with snow, I was dying to add some new, springy pieces to my closet as we move forward. There’s something about March that has me feeling hopeful. While it’s crazy that we’re a full year into this pandemic [I haven’t shopped in store at Kroger or Target this WHOLE TIME!], I also feel like the vaccines rolling out and the warmer weather is inspiring. So, I did some shopping to match that mood. It’s all really affordable and it’s fun to have a few new things that fit into my still mostly at home lifestyle, but can also be dressed up as I start to venture out again.
split-hem tunic hoodie // 7/8 leggings [both size M]
tie-dye sweatshirt [size M]
sherpa jacket [size M; love this one, too]
camo dress [size S] + sneakers [normally 8.5; got 39 in these]
plaid shacket [size S]
quilted jacket [size S]
smocked top [size M] // braided heeled sandals [TTS; got an 8.5]
super soft sweater [size S; very large, definitely size down one or two]
flowy dress [size S] // braided heeled sandals [TTS; got an 8.5]
smocked dress [size S]
So, there you have it! A few affordable pieces that I know I’ll get a lot of mileage out of as the temps warm up. Happy [almost] March!
