Now that it is September, I feel as though summer is officially over. I was inspired by Julia’s summer in photos post and decided it would be fun to take a look back at what I did this summer! This summer felt like a whirlwind, but also made me feel really thankful to be surrounded by amazing people and incredible opportunities. So, below is a roundup of some of my favorite happenings from this summer.
I went to Portland (twice)!
I made some updates to my home office.
We attended a family reunion in Columbus with all the Chaulks, from both near and far!
Our friends threw this adorable retro 1st birthday party for their daughter.
I went out for sushi with one of my girlfriends and pushed the limits with what I wore!
I had my 10 year high school reunion and spent it with my best friends!
I attended my friend’s gorgeous wedding in Minneapolis.
We spent the day at Kings Island and had a blast riding the coasters.
We had a 4th of July party with some of our closest friends.
We spent an amazing weekend in Austin eating our way through the city. Evidence here, here, and here.
I had the privilege of setting up an on-going collaboration with one of my favorite brands.
Cincinnati hosted the MLB All-Star Game.
I had the honor of being included in the LIBBY lookbook with some of my Thread babes!
It was an amazing summer but I’m definitely looking forward to this fall!
