Hi guys! One topic I’ve gotten a ton of requests on is what toys we’re using with Dillon that are educational now that he’s almost 4 and in Pre-K [cue the tears!]. Being on quarantine definitely caused me to bring in the big guns and we’ve seen such improvement in his cognitive abilities! His speech has totally taken off and we’re so pleased with these tools we’ve utilized. You can see some of them highlighted in this post, but I wanted to have a post dedicated to this topic.
There are 10 toys/tools we use for education time and that Dillon actually loves and looks forward to doing. Some educational TV shows we love are Team Umizoomi [pattern/number/shape recognition], Super Wings [geography/culture], and Blue Planet [animals/oceanography]. All 3 of those are available on Amazon Prime. While on quarantine, we got an ABC Mouse subscription for the iPad which Dillon loved, too.
