April Empties

Hello guys! I’m back with another round of empties. I love writing these posts! I think it gives you guys such a real idea of products I truly love [or don’t love] because I’ve gone through the entire thing. There’s a lot of skincare this month and I actually loved majority of these products. Read on to find out more about each one.

SKIN/BODY CARE

Dr Teals Pure Epsom Soak – This is one of my favorite soaks for after the gym. Your muscles really loosen up and I love the way it smells. I got 5 or so baths out of it so for $6, not bad!

Milk Essence Mask Sheet – This was included in a set and I loved it. There was so much essence that my skin was thoroughly hydrated after using it. I used it before bed and when I woke my skin felt so quenched. I highly recommend checking this out if you like sheet masks.

Ole Henriksen Transforming Facial Polish – I have been trying to incorporate a scrub into my cleansing routine 2 or 3 times a week and I really liked this one. It smelled amazing and left my skin feeling super polished (ha!) and clean. I even feel like my makeup went on better after using it!

Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Cream – I had mentioned this in this post and I finally finished it. I love this cream but I don’t love the price tag. I’m actually using something comparable in quality right now that is a fraction of the price so stay tuned for the next empties to see what it is!

L’Oreal Ideal Towelettes – I’ve used up so many of these towelettes over the years. While they’re not my absolute favorite [which y’all know are these], I really do like these. They do the job just fine and they’re affordable.

COSMETICS

L’Oreal Infallible Pro-Glow Foundation [#204] – I have an embarrassing confession. I truly think this is the first foundation I’ve ever completely used up! Between being a blogger and working in the beauty industry, I try a LOT of products. But this one was the one I kept going back. This is definitely in my top 3 foundations of all-time, if not my absolute favorite. I love the light-to-medium coverage and the glow it gives my skin. It’s perfection in a [affordable] tube.

Dior LipGlow – I absolutely adore this product. It is pricey but worth it. It’s really hydrating and the perfect subtle color for everything from no makeup days all the way to full glam. I even re-purchased this during the Sephora sale! I highly recommend it.

HAIR

Living Proof Humidity Shield Spray – I love this spray for when I’m going to be in warmer weather. I took it on my recent trips to Texas and Florida and it helps keep frizz at bay. It’s pricey so I try to reserve it for more special occasions but it is really good.

MISCELLANEOUS

Essential Oils [Lavender + Orange] – Y’all know the drill with these. Still use them, still love them.

Listerine Healthy Mouthwash – I had been wanting to up my teeth whitening game because I drink a lot of coffee and I’m not getting any younger. I really thought this worked. I felt like the days I forgot to use it my teeth didn’t look as white. I will repurchase this.

Mommy’s Bliss Gripe Water – We’ve gone through a few of these bottles and this is such a lifesaver if D wakes up in the middle of the night. Whether it’s gas or teething we really do see an almost immediate difference when we give him this.
