Fall/Winter Looks

Black Turtleneck

When we were in Austin, we decided to head out for some true Texas BBQ. We ventured off to Micklethwait Craft Meats, and we were definitely not disappointed. For the outing, I wanted to be super comfortable since I knew I’d be eating a lot. I have seen turtlenecks come back with a vengeance and I can’t lie, at first I was not into it at all. But then I found this one at TJ Maxx and everything changed for me. The flowy nature of this top was a far more appealing silhouette than the skin-tight turtlenecks of the 90s. Paired with cognac boots and a classic handbag, you just can’t go wrong with this look. This was the perfect ensemble for dining al fresco.

Denim: Gap // Turtleneck: TJ Maxx (identical here only $30) // Boots: Chinese Laundry // Watch: Michael Kors // X Ring: Baublebar // Bag: Prada // Necklace: Forever 21 (similar here)
