Sometimes it’s nice to go back to the basics. For me, that’s black denim, a chambray shirt, a staple sweater, and trench coat. As much as I love dressing up, casual looks are more realistic and often what I gravitate towards in my day-to-day life, especially on the weekends. This trench (also seen here + here) is one of my favorites and such an affordable staple for your closet. The best thing about these kinds of look is how easy you can swap pieces in and out to create a multitude of different ensembles. Swap out the flats for heels and you’re ready for date night. Throw on a scarf and you can face even the most brutal of winter days. How do you keep casual chic? Also, don’t forget to enter this week’s amazing giveaway here!
