Hello and happy Halloween! October was an absolutely crazy month that flew by and honestly was super chaotic. I’m actually looking forward to getting through the next few weeks then slowing down towards the holidays. Because of all the events/meetings/outings we had this month. I went through a lot of products, a bunch of which were new to me! Let’s dive in.
L’Oreal Dream Lengths Dry Shampoo: I am not really loyal to dry shampoos but I did like this one. It did leave a white cast on my black hair, but it would brush out pretty easily. It is strongly scented but I actually liked the scent and felt it did a good job of masking my dirty hair. I’m not sure it helped with length as my hair naturally grows pretty well, but overall, it’s an affordable dry shampoo that soaks up a good amount of oil.
LiveTinted Hue Guard Tinted Moisturizer w/ SPF: I absolutely love this product. I will say, because there’s no shades, this was a bit light for me during the summer, but if you’re fair, this is amazing. I love all of the benefits in one and would often wear this with nothing else and feel covered.
AG Vitamin D Dropper: I have always been deficient in Vitamin D and I got this with my Athletic Greens order so I figured I’d give them a go. I have my bloodwork in a few weeks so we’ll see if it made a difference, but I loved having the dropper version to quickly add to my smoothies each morning. It was nice to not have to swallow another pill. If you can budget for AG, I do think it’s a great supplement.
Skin Foodie Lavender Hand Treatment: I got this as a gift from a girlfriend and I LOVED it. It is so thick and I would put it on my feet with socks before bed and it totally saved my dry, cracked heels. I will say, it’s pretty greasy, but it sinks in and is so very hydrating.
Derma E Vitamin C Glow Oil c/o: Another Derma E product that I LOVE this this one. It is such a hydrating oil and I really feel like it helped the brightness of my skin. The scent is very friendly and it sinks in like a dream. I highly recommend this.
