Workout Wear of the Week

Happy Monday! We’re fresh off the plane from Vegas so I thought I’d share what I wore to workout last week [as I recover from a weekend of indulging in sin city!]. I want to note that while these pictures aren’t going to be the greatest quality [I work out first thing in the morning and often alone so the lighting isn’t great/I don’t have a photographer!] but I hope it gives you some inspiration and direction on what to wear for what at the gym! Let’s dive in.

Saturday 9.21.19 – Leg Day at the Gym

These leggings are amazing! They’re under $20 on Amazon and fit so well. I am wearing a medium. I also love this sports bra and highly recommend it. I would size up [I’m wearing a large]. These are my favorite sneakers for working out [for HIIT/Strength specifically] and I sized up a 1/2 size in this brand. My tee is old from PINK but linking a similar one that’s actually made for working out.

Tuesday 9.24.19 – Chest/Back/Abs at the Gym

This entire outfit is from Under Armour. I love their HeatGear leggings and their Vanish sports bras. I’m wearing a M in everything. My sports bra colorway is no longer available but this is the exact style. These sneakers are also my favorites for going from the gym to real life. They are SO comfortable and stylish. They’re pretty pricey but worth it IMO.

Wednesday 9.25.19 – Zumba class at the Gym

This crop top tee is so cute and soft! I sized up to an XL because I wanted an oversized fit. I paired with these AMAZING black leggings from Amazon that are under $20. They move great and are so comfortable. I’m wearing a M. These sneakers are my favorites for Zumba because they’re really lightweight.

Thursday 9.26.19 – Leg/Glutes/Abs Day at the Gym

I snuck in a lower body workout on Thursday because I knew we’d be out of town this weekend and I didn’t want to miss it. This brand of leggings is one of my all-time favorites and I loved these pink ones! I paired it with this tank [that is super breathable and under $16; I’m wearing a M] and these sneakers. They’re a similar style to the ones I wore on Saturday, just a different colorway. These are technically a running shoe but I like them for lower body because they have bit of a straighter sole
