Blue Flounce Skirt

I am just loving flounce skirts. They are so feminine and flirty yet comfortable since they’re not tight like pencil skirts. Paired with plaid, tights, and booties, I think this look is perfect for the fall or winter. I realize I’ve been wearing a TON of blue lately, but I just can’t stop! I used to despise navy, however now I’m finding myself craving it. I think the different shades of blue here are really fun and adding elements of silver and gray really pulls it all together.
