November Empties

Hi friends! I don’t know how Thanksgiving has come and gone, but here we are. I’ll keep this short and sweet so here are the products I used up this month.

SKIN/BODY

Belif Eye Bomb – I got this in my Sephora play box and I fell in love with it! A little went a long way so this sample actually lasted me a while and I got a good taste of the results this product provides. It’s now one of my favorite eye creams I’ve ever used. It smells DELICIOUS [like lemon verbena] and was so moisturizing. I definitely washed my face in the morning after using it but I noticed my makeup went on so much smoother and my concealer didn’t crease. Once I’m done with the eye cream I’m currently using, I will definitely purchase the full size of this.

L’Oreal Pure Clay Cleanser – I adore this cleanser. I included the mask version of this in this post and the cleanser version didn’t disappoint, either. There’s an exfoliating element in there that I loved and this truly took the day off without drying me out. I love this one.

Ole Henriksen Truth Serum – This is a forever favorite and is probably the 5th or 6th bottle I’ve gone through. The smaller size is actually cheaper so I stock up on these during the VIB sale and will always repurchase this.

Fresh Lotus Youth Preserve Mask – This was another play box delivery and WOW I love this mask! It smells like cucumbers and feels like a spa treatment. After I washed it off, my face felt clean, smooth, and exfoliated. I love this and will definitely purchase the full size.

Orgaid Sheet Mask – My mother-in-law included this in my birthday present and I had never heard of the brand but was excited to try it. I loved it! I love most sheet masks and this one did not disappoint. It was very hydrating and smelled great.

Kiehs Fragrance – If you can get your hands on a Kiehl’s fragrance, I HIGHLY recommend it. This was one of my favorite scents I’ve ever worn and was perfect for spring and summer. I am going to track down another bottle ASAP.

HAIR

Kerastase Powder Bluff – I absolutely love this dry shampoo. However, I had a hard time finding it online so maybe it’s discontinued? It has the best scent of any dry shampoo I’ve tried and left very little white cast, if any. If you can find this, definitely give it a try.

COSMETICS

YSL Touche Eclat Concealer – I included this in this post, and for good reason. I truly believe this is the best brightening concealer I’ve ever tried. It’s thick but not cakey and truly awakens you. It’s pricey but I do really love this concealer.

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer – Another favorite from this post. This is the best concealer, in my opinion, if you really need some dark circle coverage. This one doesn’t crease at all and goes on so smooth. It’s thicker than I normally need, so I save this for when I really need to bring in the big guns. It’s such a good formula.

Urban Decay Optical Illusion Primer – At first, I absolutely loved this primer. I thought it was my new holy grail. But the more I wore it, the more I realized that my foundation would break up throughout the day. If you have dry skin, I would recommend giving this a go as it does definitely smooth out your skin and hide perfections. My t-zone is pretty oily so I think this just didn’t work out for me, but it is a good primer if you have drier skin.

So, there you have it! A ton of skincare this month, which is typical for me as the colder months approach. Most of the things were a hit this month, which I love! Have you tried any of these products? Let me know!
